Job Qualifications:
๐Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
๐Minimum of 2โ4 years of experience in a marketing analyst or business intelligence role, preferably in the automotive aftermarket, tire industry, or a similar product-focused environment.
๐Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn raw data into actionable marketing insights.
๐Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
๐Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
๐Solid understanding of both B2B (wholesale) and B2C (retail) sales models and customer behavior.
๐Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders using data.
๐Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
