PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Promo period is from July 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021
2. This promo is open to all Yokohama customers who:

• • Purchased at least two (2) pieces of Yokohama tires (all tire segments except truck and bus tires and on sale tires) from a participating Yokohama dealer.
  • For every single receipt purchase which meets the minimum tire purchase requirement, an end-user is entitled to get one (1) e-raffle ticket for a chance to win the prizes:

• • • One (1) unit Toyota 86 2.0 AT model
    • One (1) unit Nissan Navara VE 4x2 AT model
    • One (1) unit Mitsubishi Xpander GLS AT 1.5L

• • An end-user may also win minor prizes. The minor prizes include the following:

3. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo
4. Registration period from July 1, 2021 until December 31, 2021.
5. To be eligible for the raffle draw, the end-user must fulfill the following criteria:

• • Must be legal age of 18 years old and above;
  • Must not be an employee of Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc., Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines ,Inc., any Yokohama Dealer or any of its related partners for this draw, their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the draw.

6. Deadline of registration of raffle entry is on December 31, 2021.
7. All employees of Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc., Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc., any Yokohama Dealer or any of its related partners for this draw, any other party who are directly involved in organizing promoting or conducting the Draw and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
8. By joining the raffle promo, the end-user agrees for Yokohama Philippines to collect information for the purposes of contacting the end-user regarding the raffle promo. All participants for the Change and drive Raffle Promo agree for Yokohama Philippines to collect, use and disclose his or her respective personal information for the purpose of facilitating his or her participation and providing him or her with information on the draw.
9. The promo organizer’s decision with regard to the Promo Mechanics, winners and prizes, with the concurrence of DTI, is final.

RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZE

1. Upon purchasing of at least two (2) Yokohama tires, the end-user may join the raffle promo as long as he/she meets the eligibility requirements. The end-user can join by performing the following steps during the promo period:

• • Scan the Change and Drive raffle promo QR code available at the Y-shop or follow the URL

  • Fill up the raffle form generated by the QR code and register the transaction to earn 1 e-raffle entry.

  • Qualified participants will receive an SMS confirmation and/or an electronic voucher after each successful transaction.

2. Only one (1) valid transaction and one (1) valid receipt will be allowed per entry.
3. End-users must keep their receipts/invoices as this will serve as a requirement for claiming the prize.
4. An end-user can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, winner will get the prize with the higher value.
5. Raffle draw will be held at the YTSP head office at 3F Kentek Building, 828 Antonio Arnaiz Avenue, San Lorenzo Village, Makati City. Winners will be identified and announced via electronic raffle draw in the presence of a DTI representative online on January 14, 2022 10:00am.
6. Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. will shoulder the winners’ tax relating to the raffle prizes. Raffle prizes can be transferred but not convertible to cash or vice versa. Registration and other related expenses relative to receiving the grand prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
8. Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entry. The winner’s order (via the Yokohama dealer) should be a valid complete order, with no cancellations, returns and refunds.
9. YTSP reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to winners that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of cheating.
10. Any prize received by the winners shall be deemed final unless the end-user files a complaint within 30 days from the end of the promo period. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, end-users may send an e-mail to marketing@ytsp.yokohamatire.com.
11. The end-users may notify YTSP for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of YTSP on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, end-users may send an e-mail to marketing@ytsp.yokohamatire.com.

CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION

1. Winners will be announced via YTSP’s social media channels: Facebook, Instagram and in the Official website. Winners will also be notified by YTSP through registered mail, electronic mail and SMS.
2. Prizes are transferrable and not convertible to cash.
3. Any complaint shall be filed within 30 days from receipt of prize.
4. The winner shall claim the prize at Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. head office, 3F Kentek Building, 828 Antonio Arnaiz Avenue, San Lorenzo Village, Makati City. Redemption period shall be within 60 days from notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to draw another winner from the list of reserve winners with prior DTI approval. Reserve winner will be give sixty (60) days upon notification to claim the prize. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. with prior DTI approval. Redemption period may be extended depending on the quarantine protocols implemented by the government at the time of claiming.
5. Upon claiming his/her prize, winner must present the registered mail, the electronic raffle ticket/voucher, sales invoice/official receipt or proof of purchase and two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D. (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
6. Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – a signed authorization letter from the winner, the original copy of the registered mail, copy of the electronic raffle ticket/voucher, sales invoice/official receipt or proof of purchase, photocopy of the representative and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same required valid forms of identification.
7. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc. relating to the draw. The winner agrees that Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc.  may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as Yokohama Tire Sales Philippines, Inc.  considers fit.
