  • YOKOHAMA Tire Philippines, Inc. (YTPI) Launches “Kapihan sa Yokohama 2014”


    YTPI’s KAPIHAN SA YOKOHAMA is re-launched on May 9, 2014, an effective approach to
    present YTPI’s CSR programs to connect with the local community and maintain a
    stronger company and stakeholder relationship.


    IE5 Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga –YTPI held Kapihan sa Yokohama last May 9, 2014 dubbed as Kapihan 2, where the
    company introduces the essence of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to its stakeholders.

    Chairpersons and representatives of 10 new prospect communities from Mabalacat and Angeles cities, namely: Sta. Ines,
    San Joaquin, Poblacion, Mamatitang, San Francisco, Amsic, Cuayan, Pulung Maragul, Cutud, and Pampang, are invited for a
    conference with the company’s top executives.

    As the company’s Safety, Environment, and Community Relations programs are presented and explained, each of the barangay
    representatives are also given the opportunity to speak about the current state and underlying issues of their respective
    communities.

    Introduced last 2011, Kapihan sa Yokohama is a venue to listen to common issues of the Community, and to see how YTPI’s
    CSR activities could conform to these existing issues by reaching out to its neighbouring communities.
